  • Adventures in Public Schooled – A socially inept home schooled dropout (Daniel Doheny) enrolls in public school to chase after a one-legged dream-girl (Siobhan Williams) while his mom/best friend teaches him his teenage rebellion. We will have special guests
  • Meditation Park – Maria (Cheng Pei Pei) has spent decades of devoted marriage dutifully excusing the prejudices and vices of her husband Bing (Tzi Ma). But when she discovers another woman’s thong in his pocket, she’s no longer able to turn a blind eye to his indiscretions. Flushed out of her domestic sanctum, she engages in some unintentionally comic sleuthing that not only uncovers clues to Bing’s clandestine activities but also introduces her to new East Van communities and ultimately sets her on a course to self-discovery.
  • Breath –  Two teenage boys, hungry for discovery, form an unlikely friendship with a mysterious older adventurer who pushes them to take risks that will have a lasting and profound impact on their lives. Based on Tim Winton’s award-winning and international bestselling novel set in mid-70s coastal Australia and in celebration of Australia Day on January 26th!
  • Expo 67 Mission Impossible – The 1967 International and Universal Exposition or ‘Expo 67’, as it was commonly known, held in Montreal, Quebec is considered to be the most successful World’s Fair of the 20th century. This documentary lets us to relive the challenges of the men behind the Expo and the logistical and political challenges that were faced by organizers during the “Révolution Tranquille” in the Québec sixties.
  • Hochelaga, Land of Souls – During a game in a Montreal college’s football stadium, a rainstorm opens a sinkhole in the field, killing one player. Observing the development, archaeologist Antoine Morin theorizes the sinkhole may lead to evidence of Hochelaga, where French explorer Jacques Cartier contacted Indigenous peoples in Quebec. Morin hires Baptiste, a graduate student studying Mohawk history, to lead an archaeological excavation of the field. The study brings to light that the site was the scene of a hard-fought battle between Indigenous warriors in 1267, when many Iroquois were killed.
