Submission Information
- All mediums and styles are welcome!
- Check out the Mini Banner video for Inspiration!
- No text on the artwork is permitted including logos
- Applicants must reside within the Elk Valley
- Residents of the Elk Valley of all ages are encouraged to apply for the main banner project as well
