Location: Station Square
This latest Moose on the Loose installation is by Revelostoke based artist Zuzanna Rhia. The moose sculpture is created using found and recycled objects relevant to the Fernie lifestyle. Not only do the pieces represent the lifestyle, but also activities and objects that impact the Moose and their environment. The goal is for people to view the sculpture as a whole, and then identify with the objects it is sculpted from. Most of the objects are found, donated, salvaged, or purchased from the thrift store, and meant to be recycled and non-impacting on our environment.
