How Annual Access Works

How Annual Access Works

Access Period

Annual Access follows a fixed yearly cycle from May 1st of the current year to April 30th of the following year. Please note that Annual Access is not prorated.

Alotted Hours

Annual Access is based on a yearly average of usage. You receive the same number of hours whether you purchase on May 1st or later in the year. Your hours are yours to use throughout the year.

Example: A Hobby Potter receives 96 hours annually. You may use these hours across 12 months or in fewer months – except during busy season.

Busy Season

From September 1st to November 30th, Annual Access users must follow their allotted monthly time. Example: Hobby Potter = 8 hours per month.

Refunds & Transfers

Annual Access is non‑refundable and non‑transferable. If you are unsure how often you will attend, we recommend choosing Drop‑In access. You may upgrade your Annual Access level at any time throughout the year.
